What the “Stay at Home” extension means for our families

We have provided tele-therapy services since the beginning of the initial Stay Home Stay Safe Executive Order on March 24. This was considered the safest method to provide services. We had a lot to learn as to how to provide this method, but our therapists and you as the family members worked together and we discovered how to make this unique service a viable option. We have received positive feedback and appreciate all the pictures and comments on Facebook.

We will continue to provide the tele-therapy option with this current extension of the Stay Home Stay Safe Order through May 15. Yet, be certain, we can’t wait to ‘see’ your child face to face.

Our Leadership team is working diligently to plan how we systematically and carefully reinstate face to face intervention, being mindful of the guidelines for safety precautions through the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, State of Michigan regulations and any considerations from our medical associations and Provider contract regulations. We are certain this will include social distancing, screening measures prior to entering the offices and appropriate use of masks.

It continues to be our privilege that you allow us ‘into your homes’, helping us to help you to keep serving the needs of your children.
