What We Love

The team at CTC is amazing! It is inspiring to work with therapists who are so dedicated to empowering children and their families. It makes for a work environment that is never boring!

I love working at CTC because my kiddos make me smile and my coworkers are always helpful.

When I first envision my job here, I knew that it would be rewarding to see the kids making great strides, but what also keeps me here is that my coworkers and families have become part of my family.

As a student, CTC provides a wide variety of observation and treatment opportunities across disciplines to expand my knowledge base and become a better clinician.

I like the teamwork, collaboration, and atmosphere and that I almost never have to wear shoes.

My favorite thing is sitting at my desk and hearing the laughter, singing, and the sound of kids being kids.

I like that we invest in the kids and families for intensive therapy and build relationships with families and our team.

I like the team approach to treatment and making an impact on the whole family’s life.

I like being involved in the whole process of getting children in for the therapy that they need.

I love how energetic and happy the environment is here, even at 6:30pm therapists are singing while walking with their kiddos.
